So So Sorry!!!
I want to apologize for completely slacking with this blog. I have been so busy the last week and will be for the next two weeks. My best friend just got married yesterday (which was amazing!) and I am finishing up my internship (YAY!) these next two weeks which is packed full of a bunch of activities I have to complete. So all in all, I won't be back for a couple weeks, but I hope you all will wait around! I promise I won't let you down once I get back into the swing of things! Thanks!! See you soon!

Summer Salad!!!
What is better than a fresh salad in the summer? Um nothing...in my opinion :) I could eat this salad every day. It is so refreshing and healthy! With this salad, the lemon garlic dressing pulls it all together. Even though it is naturally gluten and dairy free, vegetables (and salads!) are the BEST gluten and dairy free foods that you can put in your body. A lot of people don't like vegetables or don't know what the heck to do with them, but you can usually put any vegetable on top of a bed of greens to make it delicious!!
So here it is :)
1 cup spinach
1 cup mixed greens
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
8 grape tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 grilled chicken breast, cut into cubes
Lemon Garlic Dressing: 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 Tablespoon canola oil
Put all ingredients in bowl, drizzle with lemon garlic dressing and enjoy!!
