Flavor your water!

Good morning!!

Of course the best thing to drink for your body is water, although I know for most people it is hard to get enough water. Try sprucing up the water with fruit and herbs!

Varieties to put into your water.
  • Lemon and Mint
  • Lime
  • Raspberry 
  • Raspberry Lime
  • Orange and Rosemary
This tastes so yummy and it'll help you get the 8 cups of water you need a day!
